INNER GLOW & LEGACY STUDIO sells both physical and digital products.
Physical products
Physical products may be fulfilled and shipped by trusted brand partners. Shipping rates and available delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available. Products in the same order may ship separately.
Tracking information will be sent when it is made available by the fulfillment partner. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, customs or other circumstances outside our control.
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately; changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
Digital products
Digital products do not require shipping. Eligible files are delivered electronically after purchase.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible unused physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn where applicable, and in their original condition and packaging. Contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct instructions and return address.
For hygiene or personal-care items, returns may be limited once opened or used unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Digital purchases are generally final once delivered or downloaded because the file cannot be physically returned. If a file is missing, corrupted or materially different from the listing, contact us so we can provide a correct working copy or another appropriate resolution.
For damaged or incorrect orders, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
